The VPK Advantage

Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) is a free daily, 4-hour program that includes breakfast and lunch, with the option of extended wrap care. Every child who turns 4 by September 1 may be eligible for this state-funded program.

At Sunflower Christian Academy, we go beyond the basics. Our VPK students benefit from a high-quality learning environment where literacy, math, and social-emotional growth are nurtured through the Frog Street curriculum.

Preparing for Success:

Kindergarten Readiness: We focus on Florida Early Learning standards to ensure your child transitions confidently to elementary school.
Daily Bible Integration: Students continue their spiritual journey with The Beginner’s Bible, building character rooted in faith.
Extended Care Options: While VPK is 4 hours, we offer wrap-around care to fit your family’s schedule.
