At Sunflower Christian Academy, our academic program is thoughtfully designed to meet each child where they are. We believe that young children learn best in a joyful, nurturing environment guided by caring teachers who truly understand early childhood development.

Our approach balances purposeful, teacher-directed instruction with hands-on exploration, creativity, and play. Children learn through both group and individual experiences that build on their unique strengths while supporting different learning styles and developmental needs.

What our Curriculum includes:

Faith & The Word: We integrate faith into daily learning using The Beginner’s Bible. This helps children encounter God’s Word in meaningful ways and build a strong foundation of faith from an early age.
Frog Street Curriculum: Our academic program is supported by Frog Street, which aligns with Florida Early Learning Standards. It promotes intentional growth in language, literacy, math, and science through engaging activities.
Social-Emotional Learning: Through Conscious Discipline™, children learn vital self-regulation, empathy, and problem-solving skills. This creates a positive environment for relationship building and character development.
